Please Note: Nutritional Therapy does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Should you experience any symptoms which could relate to any condition please consult your doctor prior to booking a consultation and ensure you advise us accordingly so we may liaise with them.
On booking your initial consultation you will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire, including a food diary. This provides valuable information with regards to your health, family history, diet and lifestyle. The questionnaire is then returned to enable any particular research and additional preparation before your consultation.
Your initial consultation typically takes one hour during which the information provided in your questionnaire is discussed in more detail. All this information allows an evaluation of your individual needs and provide an explanation of which factors may be contributing to your symptoms.
From there we work together to create an achievable and practical nutrition plan to support your health goals. Nutritional supplements and lifestyle modifications may also be recommended where considered appropriate. To help identify suspected biochemical imbalances the use of laboratory tests may also be discussed.
After your consultation, confirmation of your fully personalised action plan and dietary programme will be emailed to you.
