About Me

While travelling through India and SE Asia I began to become aware of the impact of that our ‘western diet’ was having on our health and for the first time felt direction and purpose.

After attaining a BSc(Hons) in Food Science and Marketing, I realised that my passion was about the role of nutrition in health and how to support others to improve their quality of life through a healthy diet and lifestyle, so went on to graduate from the highly acclaimed Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, the first course of its kind to be fully accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC).

As a member of BANT and being registered with the CNHC, I willingly adhere to a strict code of conduct and am committed attain the highest standards of integrity, competence and professionalism in the practise of Nutritional Therapy.

To ensure that all clients are offered the highest possible standards of quality and safety I strongly believe in evidence-based nutritional therapy, keeping up-to-date with the latest scientific research and continuing my professional development by regularly attending seminars and conferences.

Having trained in Functional Medicine, a systems-orientated approach which examines each client as a whole, examining possible root causes of imbalance rather than simply addressing the symptoms, I have since gone on to graduate from the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Gastro-Intestinal Module.

I enjoy working with people with a wide variety of health concerns and have particular interest in areas relating to digestive health, liver and immune support, stress management and the impact of nutrition and gut health on our mental well being.
